OutLoud is one of Australia’s first team poetry slam programs for young people. Started in 2010 by Australian Poetry in collaboration with creative director, Emilie Zoey Baker. OutLoud has been running strong for thirteen years as part of The Melbourne Writers Festival, The Whitsunday Writers Festival, The Royal Botanic Gardens, The Wheeler Centre for Books Writing and Ideas and in secondary schools across Australia and overseas.

Teachers now have the opportunity to sign up for a poetry slam competition or get a program, workshop, presentation or residency happening at their school.
